Hello In September of 2009, I had the unfortunate experience of having
to plan my uncle's funeral. The first close death in my family, it is by far the most painful thing I've ever had to do. I had some time to do
research to help keep the costs of his funeral down as a financial burden was the last thing my aunt needed. While looking online, I stumbled across
CasketConnection.com. I called the number and spoke to Tim. Tim was extremely helpful and most of all, not sales-y. I was then connected to Ernest who
handled the transaction and Ernest was also an angel in the process. He was so willing to help with honest advice that was not for the betterment of
his company, but for our family. Best of all, he was confident that their pricing would be the best around, but let me do the research on my own to
prove it. Once I did and selected the casket models my aunt preferred, Ernest quoted my prices first- he didn't try to beat whatever price I got - he
honestly gave his pricing first which said a lot about the way they do business. The mortuary we selected knew I was price comparing and also said
they were confident that their (the mortuary's) prices were the best, but to give them a chance to beat the 'best' price I found.
Casketconnection.com's prices came in on average $300-$400 less per casket (not including what we saved on no tax or shipping!). The service I
received at Casketconnection was true 100% customer service. It made the biggest difference in my experience of having to plan and coordinate a
funeral. There's very little that can comfort a family when you lose someone you love - so it means a lot when you can trust a vendor for something so
